How long will delivery take?
All orders placed before 11am, will be delivered the following day (24-hours). Orders placed after 11am will be delivered within 48-hours.
When will my collection order be ready?
All collection orders are prepared for the following day.

What are the delivery fees?
There is a R100 delivery fee for orders under R1,000. Orders over R1,000 will be delivered for free.
Can I collect my order and when?
Yes, you can collect your order from our store at De Hallen Shopping Centre, 106 Ferreira Street, Nelspruit.
For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM; otherwise, collection will be available the next day.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive a notification via email once you have placed and made payment for your order. We will include your tax incoice/receipt upon delivery of your order.
Do I need to supply a delivery address with my order?
Yes, please ensure that someone will be available to receive your order
