Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Area
We deliver only within a 30 km radius of our store at 106 Ferreira Str, Nelspruit. Orders beyond this radius will be declined.

2. Delivery Fees
• Order value under R1 000: R100 delivery fee
• Order value R1 000 or more: free delivery

3. Order Cut-Off & Lead Times
• Orders placed before 11:00 AM: delivered next day (within 24 hours).
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM: delivered within 48 hours.
• No deliveries on South African public holidays.

4. Collection
• All collection orders are prepared for the following day.

5. Payment Clearance
EFT payments are dispatched only once funds have cleared. Card payments are processed at checkout.

6. Delivery Process
• Our driver will call when en route.
• You must inspect the goods and sign the delivery note on receipt. Record any damage or missing items on the note before signing.

7. Substitutions & Stock Shortages
• We may substitute out-of-stock items with similar products of equal or greater value.
• If substitution is not acceptable, we will offer a full refund.

8. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
• If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, we will call to reschedule.
• A failed second attempt may incur an additional delivery fee of R100.

9. Liability
Once signed for, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage.
